PENGARUH KOMITMEN ORGANISASI DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION

Abstract


Abstrak

Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa: (1) Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention (2) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention (3) Komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja secara bersama-sama memberikan pengaruh negatif dan signifkan terhadap turnover intention.

 

Kata kunci: Komitmen Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja, Turnover Intention

 

Abstract

The result of this research showed that: (1) organizational commitment had a negative effect and significant to the turnover intention. (2) job satisfaction has negative effect and significant to the turnover intention. (3) organizational commitment and job satisfaction had a negative effect and significant to the turnover intention.
