PENGARUH KEPUASAN KERJA DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR (OCB) PERAWAT RS PKU MUHAMMADIYAH BANTUL

Abstrak

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap OCB perawat RS PKU Muhammadiyah Bantul. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif kausal menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah perawat RS PKU Muhammadiyah Bantul sebanyak 160 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap OCB perawat.

Abstract

The study aimed to find out the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment toward organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) for the nurse of Hospital PKU Muhammadiyah Bantul. This study was causal associative quantitative approach. The number of subjects are 160 nurse of Hospital PKU Muhammadiyah Bantul. Data were collected by a questionnaire and analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that job satisfaction and organizational commitment had a positive effect on nurse of OCB.
