PENGARUH KOMPENSASI DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN RUMAH SAKIT CONDONG CATUR YOGYAKARTA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh Kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan Rumah Sakit Condong Catur Yogyakarta. (2) Pengaruh Motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Rumah Sakit Condong Catur Yogyakarta. (3) Pengaruh Kompensasi dan Motivasi kerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan Rumah Sakit Condong Catur Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini dikategorikan dalam penelitian survey, dengan instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian populasi dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 136 karyawan. Uji validitas instrumen menggunakan Confirmatory Faktor Analysis sedangkan uji reliabilitasnya menggunakan Cronbach Alpha. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa: (1) Kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan Rumah Sakit Condong Catur Yogyakarta sebesar (β) 0,224 (**p<0.01; p=0,000), dengan ∆R2 Kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 0,027. (2) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan Rumah Sakit Condong Catur Yogyakarta sebesar (β) 0,209 (**p<0.01; p=0,000), dengan ∆R2 konflik terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 0,024. (3) kompensasi (β) 0,205 (**p<0.01; p=0,000) dan motivasi kerja (β) 0,189 (**p<0.01; p=0,001) berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan Rumah Sakit Condong Catur Yogyakarta, dengan ∆R2  adalah sebesar 0,047.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine: (1) The effect of Compensation towards the employee performance in Condong Catur Hospital Yogyakarta; (2) The effect of work motivation toward the employee performance in Condong Catur Hospital Yogyakarta; (3) The effect of Compensation and Work Motivation simultaneously towards the employee performance in Condong Catur Hospital Yogyakarta. This study was categorized as a survey research, with the research instrument in form of questionnaire. This study was a population research with 136 employees used as corespondents. This research employed Confirmatory Factor Analysis to test the instrument validity and used Cronbach Alpha to test the instrument reliability. The analysis technique used in this research was the multiple linear regression. The findings of this research were: (1) Compensation had positive effect towards the employee performance in Condong Catur Hospital Yogyakarta in amount of (β) 0.224 (** p <0:01; p=0.000), with ΔR2 Compensation towards the employee performance was 0,027. (2) Work motivation had positive effect towards the employee performance in Condong Catur Hospital Yogyakarta in amount of (β) 0.209 (** p <0:01; p=0.000), with ΔR2 conflict towards the employee performance was 0,024. (3) Compensation (β) 0.205 (** p <0.01; p=0.005) and work motivation (β) 0.189 (** p <0.01; p=0.000) had positive effect towards the employee performance in Condong Catur Hospital Yogyakarta, with Δ R2 in amount of 0.047.
