PENGARUH KOMITMEN ORGANISASI DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR PERAWAT RSUD PANEMBAHAN SENOPATI BANTUL

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi dan Motivasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) perawat RSUD Panembahan Senopati Bantul. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif kausal dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sample dari penelitian ini adalah perawat RSUD Panembahan Senopati Bantul sebanyak 207 perawat dengan penentuan mengunakan sampel jenuh. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian pada taraf signifikansi 5% menemukan bahwa: (1) komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) perawat; (2) motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) perawat; (3) komitmen organisasi dan motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) perawat.
