IMPROVING THE GRADE ELEVENTH STUDENTS’ GERMAN THE SPEAKING SKILL THROUGH THE DOMINO CARDS THE NATURAL SCIENCE STUDY PROGRAMM ONE OF SMA N 1 SEDAYU OF BANTUL

Abstract


The research aimed to describe the increase in: (1) positive attitude of the students in learning German language, (2) the achievement of German language speaking skills of grade 11th research was a classroom action research. Subject of this research was the grade 11thScience 1 of SMA N 1 Sedayu, Bantul. This classroom action research consisted of two cycles. Each cycle consisted of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative. The results of this research showed that: (1) there was a successful process showed by the increasing of students’ positive attitude on learning German language speaking skills by 15,56%. It characterized by the increasing of students’ attitude such as politeness, discipline, care, responsible, tolerant, and active; (2) there was a successful product showed by the increasing of the achievement of Germany language speaking skills of grade 11th students of Natural Science 1 of SMA N 1 Sedayu, Bantul through domino cards by 13.63%.
