Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan fungsi manajemen organisasi UKM hockey UNY,
meliputi perencanaan, kepemimpinan, pengorganisasian & pengendalian. Penelitian ini merupakan deskriptif
menggunakan metode survey populasi, yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah seluruh atlet hockey di UKM
UNY. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kualitas manajemen organisasi Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa
(UKM) hockey Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta masuk pada kategori baik. Dari 2O atlet hockey di UKM
UNY,3O% dinyatakan sangat baik, 7O% baik.

ABSTRACT
The research intends to determine the application organisational management functions of Student Activity
Unit (UKM) in Yogyakarta State University (YSU), which includes: the planning, the leadership, the organizing,
and the controlling. This research was a descriptive research using survey method, the population used in this
research was all athletes of hockey Student Activity Unit in YSU. The overall result of the research, it can be
concluded that the organizational management of the Student Activity Unit (UKM) of hockey in Yogyakarta State
University is in good categories. From 2O hockey athletes Student Activity Unit (UKM) in YSU that is in “very
good” category 3O%, “good” category 7O%.
