PENGELOLAAN PELATIHAN DI PERWAKILAN BKKBN DAERAH ISTIMEWA YOGYAKARTA

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengelolaan pelatihan di Perwakilan BKKBN Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pemeriksaan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan triangulasi sumber dan metode. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan pelatihan di Perwakilan BKKBN Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta meliputi: 1) Analisis kebutuhan pelatihan dilaksanakan setiap awal tahun anggaran; 2) Desain pelatihan yang dilaksanakan berdasarkan kurikulum dari pusat dan disesuaikan dengan kearifan lokal; 3) Pengembangan bahan pelatihan meliputi menentukan tempat pelatihan, menyusun jadwal pelatihan, menetapkan instruktur pelatihan dengan melihat kualitas dan track record-nya, pengembangan metode dan media; 4) Pelaksanaan pelatihan diawali dengan briefing tim pengelola, presensi peserta, pembukaan oleh pihak panitia, dilanjutkan coffee break, Building Learning Commitment (BLC), ice breaking, sesi materi, serta penutup.; 5) Evaluasi pelatihan meliputi evaluasi penyelenggaraan pelatihan dan evaluasi peserta pelatihan.

Abstract
This study aims to know the training management in Liaison Unit BKKBN Special Region of Yogyakarta. This research used a case study approach. Data collection techniques were observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis were used data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Validity test was measured using triangulation of data source and methods. The results showed that the training management in Liaison Unit BKKBN Special Region of Yogyakarta includes : 1) Training Need Analysis is held every early budget year; 2) Design of Training is followed the curriculum of the central unit and adjusted by local culture; 3) Development of Training include set the training classroom, arranged the training schedule, confirmed the instructure of training by looking at the quality and track record, and developed method and media of training; 4) Implementation of Training, was began with managers briefing, participants’ presences, opening by the committee, onto coffee break, building learning commitment, ice breaking, material season, and closing session; and 5) Evaluation of Training includes evaluation of organizer and evaluation of the praticipants.
