PENGARUH IKLIM SEKOLAH DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SD DI KECAMATAN MUNTILAN KABUPATEN MAGELANG

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh iklim sekolah terhadap
kinerja guru SD di Kecamatan Muntilan; (2) pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja
guru SD di kecamatan Muntilan; dan (3) pengaruh iklim sekolah dan kepuasan kerja
terhadap kinerja guru SD di kecamatan Muntilan. Penelitian ini menggunakan
pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan jenis penelitian studi korelasional. Populasi penelitian
seluruh SD di kecamatan Muntilan sejumlah 38 SD (studi populasi). Adapun yang
menjadi responden adalah 228 guru SD yang dipilih dengan menggunakan cara
pengumpulan sampel, yaitu proportional cluster random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan
data yang dipakai berupa angket. Selanjutnya, hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa:
(1) terdapat pengaruh iklim sekolah terhadap kinerja guru SD dengan sumbangan
sebesar 26,4%; (2) terdapat pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja guru SD dengan
kontribusi sebesar 33%; serta (3) terdapat pengaruh iklim sekolah dan kepuasan kerja
terhadap kinerja guru SD dengan sumbangan sebesar 42,2%.

THE EFFECT OF SCHOOL CLIMATE AND JOB SATISFACTION ON ELEMENTARY
SCHOOL TEACHER’S PERFORMANCE IN MUNTILAN SUBDISTRICT, MAGELANG
REGENCY
Abstract
This study aims to examine: (1) theeffect of school climate on Elementary School
teacher’s performance in Muntilan Subdistrict; (2)theeffect of job satisfaction on
Elementary School teacher’s performance in Muntilan Subdistrict; and (3) the effect of
school climate and job satisfaction on Elementary School teacher’s performance in
Muntilan Subdistrict. Itis a quantitative approach withcorrelational research.Population
of the research is 38 Elementary Schools in Muntilan Subdistrict (population study). The
respondents are 228 teachers which is determined by proportional cluster random
sampling. This research uses questionnaire to collect data. Then, the results of
regression analysisare: (1) there is an effect of school climate on Elementary School
teacher’s performance in Muntilan Subdistrict which is 26,4% as contribution; (2) there is
an effect of job satisfaction onElementary School teacher’s performance in Muntilan
Subdistrict which is 33% as contribution; and (3) there is an effect of school climate and
job satisfaction on Elementary School teacher’s performance in Muntilan Subdistrict
which is 42,2% as contribution.
