Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui motivasi seseorang melakukan cyber sex dan mengetahui kepuasan seksual pelaku cyber sex. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah tiga orang, yaitu A, B, dan C. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa terdapat motif internal dan eksternal yang mendorong seseorang melakukan aktivitas cyber sex. Motif internal yang muncul meliputi hiburan, dan keinginan kepuasan. Motif eksternal yang muncul meliputi tuntutan pasangan, accessibility, kedekatan afeksi, dan lingkungan yang kurang baik.  Tingkat kepuasaan yang dirasakan ketiga subjek berbeda-beda. Subjek B dan subjek C merasa bahwa aktifitas cyber sex sangat menguntungkan untuk dirinya sehingga mereka mendapatkan kepuasan seksual saat melakukan aktifitas tersebut tanpa ada rasa penolakan ataupun penyesalan. Sedangkan subjek A, meskipun dirinya mengakui bahwa menikmati aktifitas cyber sex, ada rasa penyesalan setelah melakukan aktifitas itu.

Abstract

This study aims to determine a person's motivation on cyber sex and to find out the sexual satisfaction of cyber sex offenders. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The subjects of this study were three people, namely A, B, and C. The results of this study showed that there are internal and external motives that encourage a person to carry out in cyber sex activities. Internal motives that appear in this study are entertainment, and the desire for satisfaction. External motives that arise include the partner’s demand, accessibility, affection closeness, and unfavorable environment. The level of satisfaction felt by three subjects are different. Subject B and subject C felt that cyber sex activities were very beneficial for themselves so that they gained sexual satisfaction while doing the activity without any sense of rejection or regret. While subject A, although he admitted that he enjoyed cyber-sex activities, there was a sense of remorse after doing that activity.
