EVALUASI LAYANAN BIMBINGAN KONSELING MENURUT RESPON PESERTA DIDIK DI MTS NEGERI 3 KEBUMEN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan dan konseling di MTs Negeri 3 Kebumen dilihat dari respon peserta didik. Evaluasi ini terdiri dari: 1. Evaluasi Proses yang meliputi pelaksanaan layanan; 2. Evaluasi Hasil meliputi: (a) pemahaman diri, sikap, dan perilaku, (b) perasaan positif. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian evaluasi proses dan hasil. Penelitian ini dilakukan di MTs Negeri 3 Kebumen. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 292 siswa kelas VIII, sedangkan sampel penelitian adalah 161 siswa. Pengambilan sampel didasarkan pada tabel Isaac dan Michael dengan taraf signifikasi 5%.  Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan angket. Uji validitas instrumen dilakukan dengan expert judgement dan uji daya beda pada butir instrumen. Reliabilitas isntrumen dianalisis dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS for Windows dengan melihat nilai alpha Cronbach yang memperoleh hasil 0,752. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan teknik deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan layanan BK di MTs Negeri 3 Kebumen secara umum dikategorikan cukup baik. Hasil penelitian yang dibagi menjadi dua aspek. Pertama, pada aspek proses dikategorikan cukup baik dengan skor rata-rata 41,17. Kedua, pada aspek hasil dikategorikan cukup dengan skor rata-rata 14,79.

Abstract

     This study aimed to determine the implementation of guidance and counseling services at MTs Negeri 3 Kebumen seen from student’s respon. This evaluation consisted of: 1. Process Evaluation, includes: (a) implementation of services; 2. Result evaluation, includes: (a) self understanding, attitude and behavior, (b) positive feeling. This research included the type of process and result evaluation. This research was conducted at MTs Negeri 3 Kebumen. The population of this study were 292 class VIII students, while the study sample was 161 students. Sampling Technique was taken based on the tables of Isaac and Michael with 5% significance level. Data collection methods used in this research were interviews and questionnaires. The instrument validity test was carried out by expert judgment and different power tests on the instrument items. Reliability of instruments was analyzed using SPSS for Windows by analyze the value of Cronbach's alpha which obtained 0.752 results. The data obtained were analyzed by quantitative descriptive techniques.The results showed that the implementation of guidance and counseling services at MTs Negeri 3 Kebumen was generally categorized quite well. The results of the study were divided into two aspects. First, the process aspect was categorized quite well with an average score of 41,17. Second, the result aspect was categorized sufficiently with an average score of 14,79.
