PERBEDAAN DISTRES AKADEMIK TAHAP TENTATIF DAN TRANSISI PADA EKSPLORASI PERKEMBANGAN KARIR

Distres akademik masih menjadi salah satu masalah di kalangan pelajar karena memberikan dampak buruk bagi siswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan distres akademik tahap tentatif dan transisi pada eksplorasi perkembangan karir. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian sejumlah 567 siswa maka sampel yang digunakan sejumlah 230 siswa SMK N 1 Yogyakarta dan pemilihan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive random sampling. Alat pengumpul data menggunakan skala distres akademik. Reliabilitas instrumen sebesar 0,785. Teknik analisis data menggunakan independent sample t-test. Nilai validitas dari 0,254 sampai 0,582. Hipotesis membuktikan bahwa ada perbedaan distres akademik tahap tentatif dan transisi pada eksplorasi perkembangan karir. Nilai t sebesar -2,575 pada p=0,011 (t = -2,575 ; p<0,05) yang artinya sangat signifikan.

Academic distress is one of the problems among students. The purpose of this study is to determine the differences in academic distress of students in SMK N 1 Yogyakarta seen  from their  step exploration tentative and transation of career development. This study uses a quantitative approach as a research approach. The population of this research is 567 students, and the sample is 230 students in SMK N 1 Yogyakarta and the sample’s selection using purposive random sampling technique. The data collection tool uses the scale of academic. Instrument reliability value of 0.785. Data analysis technique of this research using independent sample t-test.Validity value of 0,254 until 0,582.
