MECHANICAL PRESSURE SYSTEM BASED ON MICROCONTROLLER AT-MEGA 16 TO MAKE KERUPUK PELOMPONG TO SUPPORT PRODUCTION HOME INDUSTRY BAROKAH IN TUBAN EAST JAVA

Abstract


The purpose of making this tool were to get the hardware and software program design, performance AT-Mega 16 microcontroller-based mechanical pressure system to support the production process of Barokah Home Industry in Tuban East Java. Manufacture of mechanical pressure system based on AT-Mega 16 microcontroller consists of several stages, namely the identification of needs, needs analysis, system block diagram, system design, tool-making steps, program flow diagrams, testing tools and data retrieval. The Frame made using tube, elbow and canal tubes C. This tool uses the minimum system components Atmega16, BTS7960 motor drivers as rotation regulator and motor speed, modified mechanical jack with DC motor used as a propulsion to press the dough crackers, LCD Displays 16x2 As a media viewer that has the desired speed command, push button serves as a data input that will be on though on ATmega16 controller then will move the motor rotation DC. Based on the results of tests that have been done, the results obtained that the mechanical pressure system based on microcontroller AT-Mega 16 function properly and in accordance with the conditions in Barokah home industry, the advantages of this system are 1 person to make Kerupuk Pelompong, compared with traditional tools There in the Barokah home industry to print need 2 people to work on, the efficiency of this mechanical pressure system more quickly time with an average difference of 3 minutes to complete the mold per dough tube.
