PROTOTYPE PEST REPELLENT BIRD IN THE RICEFIELD BASED ARDUINO UNO

Abstract


Pests is one of the main enemies for the farmer that can be decreased the production of a plant. One of the pest that often can make the farmers anoxius is a bird pests which currently its populations are increase. The purpose of making this tod is to get hardware design, software design and also prototypes performance pest repellent based arduino in the ricefield, it can be used to replace the farmers for keeping rice from the birds.
There are many stages of making this tools, they are identification needs, block circuit diagram, planning system, making tools step, flow chart program tool testing, and data withdrawal. This bird pests repellent use the alumunium and spligot to be frame shaper. This tool use microcontroller arduino uno (AT-Mega 328), accu batteray and solar cell as a tool resource, HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensors as a detection of bird movement that will come to the ricefield, and also motor DC as a mover of bird pest repellent.
Based on the result of testing the performance of bird pest repellent in arduino uno can word suitable with its function and its purpose. This is proofed by solar cells strains when the weather is heat in 20V, whie the weather is less in arround 12V, the part of resource without load have 2.99% error and lead have 2.33% error, the testing of distance random detection of all sensors have arround 3.5% error, motor DC strain have 3.78V whenits move. From all those result of tool testing can control an area of 4 m².
