AUTOMATIC STOPING AND INFUSION MONITORING WITH TELEMETRY SYSTEM BASED ON ANDROID

Abstract


The activities of many medical personnel, resulting in lack of monitoring infusion. This causes an endless or infusion congestion. The endless infusion causes the patient's blood to go up the infusion bottle. In addition, the use of an expensive automatic infusion and its operation is difficult to be a problem for the medical world. So to overcome it required automatic and automatic infusion monitors and stops easily, precisely, and quickly.
The making of the tool consists of 8 kinds of parts ie flexible infusion pole, infusion drip infusion box box, construction of infusion stop box, Arduino Mega 2560 for main controller, photodioda and diode laser as drip sensor, 4x4 keypad for tool set, Wemos D1 Mini as sender data to websites and android apps, as well as LCD, websites, and android apps as droplet data viewer.
The results of performance testing conducted five times on each part, that the quality of this tool can be implemented and used properly. While quantitatively it is known that the average error on infusion droplet 1 is 3.5% and the drip infusion sensor 2 is 2.52%. As for the media appearance data, infusion stop, and notification system does not experience problems with each error value of 0%. The droplet number error is caused by the sensor factor that is affected by the surrounding light so that the reading of the ADC value becomes less precise.
