Abstract

The purpose of this project is to realize the design of hardware and software and also to know the performance of prototype temperature control tool to reduce humidity on the inside of the shoes based arduino nano. On the manufacture of this prototype temperature control to reduce humidity on the inside of the shoes consists of several stages as needs identification, needs analysis, schematic block diagram, system design, prototype production steps, program flow diagram and prototype test. This tool has arduino nano as the controller of other components and processor temperature and humidity data from the results of sensor reading DHT11 which is digital data. Voltage source of this tool from Li-Ion battery in the each of shoes, using DC fan as the controller of temperature and humidity. This tool also has voltage battery indicator and temperature humidity indicator in the form of led on each side of the shoes. From test result show that this tool work well and according to its function. DC fan can work when temperature > 26oC or humidity > 80% , and it not work if temperature ≤ 26oC or humidity ≤ 80%. While the average error from result of sensor temperature readings DHT11 are 0,85% for the right shoe and 1,02% for the left shoe, error of humidity reading are 2,39% for the right shoe and 2,93% for the left shoe.
