ANALISIS KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA DENGAN METODE HAZARD AND OPERABILITY (HAZOP)

Abstrak

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui: (1) sumber bahaya yang ada di bengkel dan laboratorium Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik (TITL) SMKN 2 Wonosari, (2) resiko dari sumber bahaya yang ada di bengkel dan laboratorium TITL SMKN 2 Wonosari, dan (3) tingkat resiko dari sumber bahaya yang ada di bengkel dan laboratorium TITL SMKN 2 Wonosari. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif, menggunakan metode Hazard and Operability (HazOp). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) sumber bahaya yang ditemukan di bengkel dan laboratorium TITL SMKN 2 Wonosari berjumlah 79, (2) resiko dari sumber bahaya yang ada di bengkel dan laboratorium TITL yaitu tersengat listrik, terjatuh dari pijakan, gangguan pernapasan, tersandung instalasi di lantai, dan sebagainya, (3) berdasarkan penilaian tingkat resiko, terdapat dua sumber bahaya tergolong “Ekstrim”, satu sumber bahaya tergolong “Tinggi”, satu sumber bahaya tergolong “Sedang”, dan empat sumber bahaya tergolong “Rendah” di bengkel PLC; sembilan sumber bahaya tergolong “Tinggi”, 28 sumber bahaya tergolong “Sedang”, dan 14 sumber bahaya tergolong “Rendah” di bengkel Instalasi Penerangan Listrik;  satu sumber bahaya tergolong “Ekstrim”, dua sumber bahaya tergolong “Tinggi”, dua sumber bahaya tergolong “Sedang”, dan sembilan sumber bahaya tergolong “Rendah” di bengkel Instalasi Motor Listrik; empat sumber bahaya tergolong “Sedang”, dan dua sumber bahaya tergolong “Rendah” di Laboratorium Dasar Listrik.

Abstract

This purpose of the research are to know: (1) hazard sources in the workshop and laboratory of Electrical Power Installation Engineering (EPIE) Vocational High School (VHS) 2 Wonosari, (2) the risks of hazard sources in the workshop and laboratory of EPIE VHS 2 Wonosari, (3) the risks level of hazard sources in the workshop and laboratory EPIE VHS 2 Wonosari. This research was descriptive research, using Hazard and Operability (HazOp) method. The results of the research showed that: (1) there were 79 hazard sources that found in the workshop and laboratory of EPIE VHS 2 Wonosari, (2) the risks of hazard sources in the workshop and laboratory EPIE were electric shock, falling from foothold, respiratory disorders, stumbling from installation on the floor, etc. (3) based on the assessment of risks level, there were two hazard sources classified as “Extreme”, one hazard source classified as “High”, one hazard source classified as “Medium”, and four hazard sources classified as “Low” in the PLC workshop; nine hazard sources classified as “High”, 28 hazard sources classified as “Medium”, and 14 hazard sources classified as “Low” in the Electric Lighting Instalation workshop; one hazard source classified as “Extreme”, two hazard sources classified as “High”, two hazard sources classified as” Medium”, and nine hazard sources classified as “Low” in the Electric Motors Instalation  workshop; four hazard sources classified as “Medium”, and two hazard sources classified as “Low” in the Electrical Basic Laboratory.
