PEMBINAAN GURU PROGRAM KEAHLIAN TEKNIK KETENAGALISTRIKAN SEKOLAH MENENGAH KEJURUAN DI KABUPATEN CILACAP DALAM IMPLEMENTASI KURIKULUM 2013

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pembinaan guru Program Keahlian Teknik Ketenagalistrikan (PKTK) SMK di Kabupaten Cilacap, meliputi PKB, PKG, dan sertifikasi; (2) profesionalisme guru, meliputi kompetensi pedagogik, dan kompetensi profesional; dan (3) Implementasi Kurikulum 2013, meliputi pembelajaran, dan penilaian hasil belajar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kebijakan. Subyek penelitian adalah guru mata pelajaran produktif PKTK dari 4 SMK se Kabupaten Cilacap dengan jumlah keseluruhan subyek penelitian sebanyak 18 orang guru. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket dan wawancara. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa: (1) pembinaan guru secara keseluruhan diperoleh rerata 62,50 termasuk kategori baik, terdiri atas PKB diperoleh rerata 27,94 termasuk kategori baik, PKG diperoleh rerata 23,67 termasuk kategori baik, dan sertifikasi guru diperoleh rerata 10,89 termasuk kategori baik. (2) Profesionalisme guru secara keseluruhan diperoleh rerata 44,39 termasuk kategori baik, terdiri atas kompetensi pedagogik guru diperoleh rerata 17,72 termasuk kategori baik, dan kompetensi profesional guru diperoleh rerata 26,67 termasuk kategori amat baik. (3) Implementasi Kurikulum 2013 secara keseluruhan diperoleh rerata 48,83 termasuk kategori amat baik, terdiri atas pembelajaran diperoleh rerata 30,22 termasuk dalam kategori amat baik, dan penilaian hasil belajar diperoleh rerata 18,61 termasuk dalam kategori baik.

Abstract

This studi was aimed to find out: (1) coaching teachers Electrical Engineering Skill Program (EESP) of Vocational High School (VHS) in Cilacap regency, including PKB, PKG, and teacher certification; (2) the professionalism of teachers, includes pedagogical competence, and professional competence; and (3) Implementation of Curriculum 2013, include learning, and assessment of learning process. This study was the policy research. The research’s subjects were EESP productive subject teacher of 4 VHS in Cilacap regency as many as 18 people. The data were collected by questionnaires and interview. Data were analyzed by descriptive method.

Based on the result, it shows that: (1) coaching teachers as a whole gained an average 62,50 was in the good category, consisting of PKB obtained an average 27,94 was in the good category, PKG otained an average 23,67 was in the good category, and certification obtained an average 10,89 was in the good category. (2) Professionalism of teachers as a whole gained an average 44,39 was in the good category, consisting of pedagogical competence obtained an average 17,72 was in the good category, and professional competence obtained an average 26,67 was in the very good category. (3) Implementation of Curriculum 2013 as a whole gained an average 48,83 was in the very good category, consisting of the learning obtained an average 30,22 was in the very good category, and the assessment of learning process obtained an average 18,61 was in good category.
