EVALUASI PROGRAM PELATIHAN NON INSTITUSIONAL BIDANG KELISTRIKAN DI BALAI LATIHAN KERJA KABUPATEN SLEMAN

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk: mengetahui pelaksanaan variabel antecedents, variabel transaction, dan variabel outcomes program pelatihan non institusional bidang kelistrikan di BLK Kab. Sleman. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi menggunakan model Stake Countenance. Instrumen penelitian berupa angket, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian, (1) variabel antecendents, dengan rincian (a) dasar program pelatihan mengacu pada Program PKTKP, (b) sarana prasarana memadai, kelengkapan sarana prasarana 85,34% (c) pendidikan instruktur memenuhi syarat, efektifitas instruktur dalam pelaksanaan pelatihan cukup baik (d) pendidikan peserta 97,14% memenuhi syarat, motivasi peserta mengikuti pelatihan 89,29% (e) Kurikulum mengacu SKKNI (f) Pendanaan berdasarkan DIPA Nomor : 026.13.2.522625/2/2014 tanggal 5 Desember 2014; (2) variabel transaction dengan indikator tingkat ketercapaian materi, keaktifan peserta, proses pelaksanaan pelatihan, kehadiran peserta dan instruktur, kejelasan materi, pemberian materi, metode pelatihan, pengetahuan instruktur, interaksi antar personal, dan materi ujian akhir berada pada rentang antara 80,54%-100% termasuk dalam kategori baik (3) evaluasi outcomes  pada rerata hasil ujian peserta diperoleh hasil sebesar 78,50%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to: examine the implementation of antecedents variables, transaction variables, and outcomes variables non-institutional training program in the field of electricity at BLK Kab. Sleman. This study is an evaluation model Stake Countenance. The research instruments were questionnaires, documentation, and interviews. The results of the study are, (1) antecedents variables, with details of (a) basic of training programs refers to the PKTKP program, (b) infrastructure is adequate, completeness  of infrastructure is 85.34% (c) training instructors are qualified, instructors effectiveness on implementing training is sufficient (d) participants’ background education that fulfill the requirements is 97.14%, participants’ interest to join the training is 89.29% (e) Curriculum refers to SKKNI (f) Funded by DIPA Number: 026.13.2.522625/2/2014 on December 5^th, 2014; (2) transaction variables with indicators of the level of achievement of material, activeness of participants as long as training process, the attendance of participants and instructors, the clarity of the material, given the material, training methods, knowledge of instructors, interpersonal interaction and the final exam materials are in the range between 80.54 % -100% classified as good category (3) evaluation of outcomes on average of the participants’ exam results obtained 78.50%.
