IMPLEMENTASI TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT (TQM) PADA SEKOLAH MENENGAH KEJURUAN NEGERI BERSTANDAR ISO 9001:2008 DI KOTA YOGYAKARTA

Abstrak

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui implementasi Total Quality Management (TQM) ditinjau dari 8 prinsip sistem manajemen mutu berstandar ISO 9001:2008 : (1) Fokus pada pelanggan, (2) Kepemimpinan, (3) Keterlibatan personel, (4) Pendekatan proses, (5) Pendekatan sistem pengelolaan, (6) Peningkatan berkesinambungan,  (7) Keputusan yang efektif, (8) Hubungan saling menguntungkan dengan mitra kerja pada SMK Negeri yang berstandar ISO 9001:2008 di kota Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan survei dengan bentuk data kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis data statistik deskriptif. Hasil Penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa implementasi Total Quality Management (TQM) ditinjau dari 8 prinsip sistem manajemen mutu berstandar ISO 9001:2008: (1) Fokus pada pelanggan dikategorikan baik, (2) Kepemimpinan dikategorikan sangat baik, (3) Keterlibatan personel dikategorikan baik, (4) Pendekatan proses dikategorikan baik, (5) Pendekatan sistem pengelolaan dikategorikan sangat baik, (6) Peningkatan berkesinambungan dikategorikan baik, (7) Keputusan yang efektif dikategorikan sangat baik, (8) Hubungan saling menguntungkan dengan mitra kerja dikategorikan baik

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) in terms of the 8 principles of quality management system standard ISO 9001: 2008: (1) Focus on customers, (2) leadership, (3) Involvement of personnel, (4) The process approach, ( 5) management systems approach, (6) Increased sustainable, (7) the decision is effective, (8) a mutually beneficial relationship with partners at SMK-standard ISO 9001: 2008 in the city of Yogyakarta. This research is a descriptive research method. The approach used in this study is a survey approach to the form of quantitative data. The research collecting data are using questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used in this research is descriptive analysis of statistical data. The results can be concluded that the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) in terms of the 8 principles of quality management system standard ISO 9001: 2008: (1) Focus on customers categorized as good, (2) leadership categorized as very good, (3) Involvement of personnel categorized as good, (4) the process approach categorized as good, (5) the management system approach categorized as very good, (6) Increased sustainable categorized as good, (7) The effective decision categorized as very good, (8) a mutually beneficial relationship with partners are categorized good
