PENGEMBANGAN INSTRUMEN PENILAIAN MATA PELAJARAN GAMBAR TEKNIK

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan serta mengungkapkan validitas, kelayakan, dan reliabilitas instrumen penilaian mata pelajaran Gambar Teknik kelas X pada kompetensi keahlian Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik SMK Nasional Berbah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian research and development (R&D) yang mengadopsi model pengembangan dari Djemari Mardapi (2008) tentang penyusunan instrumen nontes. Subjek penelitian ini ialah dosen Pendidikan Teknik Elektro UNY dan guru SMK. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan instrumen penilaian yang telah dikembangkan. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menghasilkan produk berupa instrumen penilaian yang dikembangkan dengan mengadopsi model pengembangan dari Djemari Mardapi (2008) tentang penyusunan instrumen nontes. Instrumen penilaian dinyatakan valid karena telah mendapat persetujuan ahli. Hasil pengujian kelayakan oleh ahli materi menunjukkan rerata skor 102,5 dengan kategori “sangat layak”. Hasil pengujian oleh ahli evaluasi menunjukkan rerata skor sebesar 132 dengan kategori “sangat layak”. Reliabilitas instrumen penilaian dihitung dengan metode Intraclass Correlation Coefficient (ICC)  dengan hasil nilai ICC average butir 1: 0,923, butir 2: 0,762, butir 3: 0,926. butir 4: 0,897, butir 5: 1,000, butir 6: 0,889, butir 7 tidak terdapat variasi data, butir 8: 0,642.

Abstract

This research was aimed to: (1) develop and (2) uncover validity, feasibility and reliability of engineering drawing lesson evaluation instrument of X grade on Electric Power Installation Competence skills at Vocational High School (VHS) Nasional Berbah. This was a research and development (R&D) that adopted a development model by Djemari Mardapi (2008) on a non-test instrument setting. The research subjects were two lecturers of Electrical Engineering Education Yogyakarta State University and two teachers of VHS. Data gathering was conducted using questionnaire and evaluation instrument. Data was analyzed using qualitative and quantitative analysis technique. This research yielded a product in form of an evaluation instrument. Evaluation instrument was declared valid according to experts’ judgement. Feasibility test results by material experts showed an average score of 102.5 and categorized as very feasible. Evaluation results by an evaluation experts showed an average score of 132 and categorized as very feasible. The reliability of engineering drawing evaluation instrument was counted using an Intra-class Correlation Coefficient (ICC) method with the following average ICC value results point 1: 0.923, point 2: 0.762, point 3: 0.926, point 4: 0.897, point 5: 1.000. point 6: 0.889, point 7 has no data variation, point 8: 0.642.
