PENGEMBANGAN E-MONEV BERBASIS GOOGLE FORM UNTUK PENILAIAN KINERJA GURU

Abstract


Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) mengetahui sistem E-Monev berbasis Google Form yang sesuai untuk penilaian kinerja guru (2) mengetahui tingkat kelayakan sistem E-Monev meliputi kelayakan perangkat dan kelayakan isi (3) mengetahui tanggapan pengguna terhadap sistem E-Monev yang telah disusun. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan model ADDIE dari Branch dengan tahapan (1) Analyze (2) Design (3) Development (4) Implementation (5) Evaluation. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan subjek peserta didik dan guru SMK Piri 1 Yogyakarta. Data penelitian dikumpulkan menggunakan angket kemudian dianalisis untuk mengetahui tingkat kelayakan. Penelitian menggunakan validitas isi dengan penilaian ahli. Analisis data menggunakan anlisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian berupa sistem E-Monev berbasis Google Form untuk penilaian kinerja guru. Kelayakan sistem E-Monev ditinjau dari aspek perangkat memperoleh nilai 93,4% dengan kategori sangat layak, ditinjau dari aspek isi memperoleh nilai 94,9 dengan kategori sangat layak. Berdasarkan tanggapan pengguna, dari peserta didik memperoleh nilai 78,06% dengan kategori baik dan dari guru memperoleh nilai 89,75% dengan kategori sangat baik.

Abstract

 This research aims to: (1) know E-Monev system based on Google Form that suitable for teacher performance assessment (2) know the level of E-Monev system feasibility including to device feasibility and content feasibility (3) know user response to the compiled E-Monev system. This research was Research and Development with ADDIE model from Branch which consisted of (1) Analyze (2) Design (3) Development (4) Implementation (5) Evaluation. The subjects of this research were students and teachers of SMK Piri 1 Yogyakarta. Research data was collected using questionnaire. The research used content validity by expert judgment. This research result was E-Monev system based on Google Form for teacher performance assessment. E-Monev system feasibility in terms of device aspect obtained 93.4% and classified as very feasible, in term of content aspect obtained 94.9 and classified as very feasible. Based on E-Monev system user responses, according to students obtained 78.06% and classified as good, according to teachers obtained 89.75% and classified as very good.
