EVALUASI PROGRAM STUDENT COLLABORATION ANTARA FAKULTAS TEKNIK UNIVERSITAS NEGERI YOGYAKARTA DENGAN KANGAN INSTITUTE PERIODE TAHUN 2017

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi: (1) pelaksanaan program student collaboration, dan
(2) faktor pendukung dan penghambat pelaksanaan program student collaboration. Penelitian ini
merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah ketua panitia, panitia, dan mahasiswa Kangan
Institute sebanyak 7 orang. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan
dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, display data, dan
kesimpulan. Teknik keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian
menunjukkan bahwa (1) pelaksanaan student collaboration ditinjau dari evaluasi konteks sudah
berlangsung dengan sangat baik. Ditinjau dari segi evaluasi masukan memiliki sumber-sumber dan
strategi yang sangat baik untuk mencapai tujuan program. Ditinjau dari segi evaluasi proses sudah
berjalan sesuai dengan agenda yang di susun. Ditinjau dari segi evaluasi produk dinyatakan berhasil
sesuai dengan indikator yang ditetapkan oleh pengelola program; dan (2) faktor pendukung dari
pelaksanaan program ini adalah persiapan yang sangat baik dari Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta, peserta
program. Sedangkan faktor yang menghambat adalah transportasi, komunikasi tim, dan waktu
pelaksanaan relatif singkat.

EVALUATION OF STUDENT COLLABORATION PROGRAM BETWEEN FACULTY OF
ENGINEERING YOGYAKARTA STATE UNIVERSITY AND KANGAN INSTITUTE
PERIOD YEAR OF 2017

ABSTRACT
This study aimed at evaluating: (1) the implementation of student collaboration program, and (2)
supporting and inhibiting factors of the implementation of student collaboration program. The nature of
this research was a qualitative research. The subjects of this research were the program manager,
committees, and 7 (seven) Kangan Institute students. Data collection methods used in this research were
observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques which included data collection,
data reduction, data display, and conclusions. Data validity technique used was source triangulation
technique. The results of showed that: (1) the implementation of the student collaboration viewed from
the terms of context evaluation was done very well. In terms of input evaluation, this program had
excellent sources and strategies in order to achieve the objectives of this program. In terms of the process
evaluation, the implementation of this program had been done very well in accordance with the agenda
planned. In terms of product evaluation, the student collaboration program which had been done by the
program committees; and (2) Supporting factors from the implementation of this program are very good
preparation from Yogyakarta State University, program participants. While the inhibiting factors are
transportation, team communication, and the implementation time is relatively short.
