HUBUNGAN KOMPETENSI PEDAGOGI DAN PROFESIONAL GURU DENGAN KEPUASAN SISWA KELAS X SMK NASIONAL BERBAH JURUSAN TEKNIK PEMESINAN TAHUN AJARAN 2016/2017

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kompetensi pedagogi dan profesional guru, hubungan kompetensi pedagogi dan profesional dengan kepuasan siswa, pengaruh kompetensi pedagogi dan profesional terhadap kepuasan siswa. Penelitian menggunakan metode expost facto. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 33 siswa kelas X jurusan teknik pemesinan. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif statistik kemudian diuji persyaratan analisis berupa uji normalitas, uji linieritas, dan uji multikolinieritas. Uji hipotesis menggunakan analisis korelasi dan regresi. Perhitungan analisis menggunakan software SPSS v17 dan Microsoft excel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kompetensi pedagogi dan profesional guru pada kategori sedang, terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kompetensi pedagogi guru dan kepuasan siswa dengan r hitung sebesar 0,66, terdapat hubungan yang negatif antara kompetensi profesional guru dan kepuasan siswa dengan r hitung sebesar 0,33, dan ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kompetensi pedagogi dan profesional guru dengan kepuasan siswa dengan r hitung sebesar 0,78. Pengaruh kompetensi pedagogi dan profesional guru terhadap kepuasan siswa sebesar 37,3%.

The aims of this research is to know the competence of teacher’s pedagogi and professional, correlation of pedagogi competence and professional competence with student’s satisfaction, and influence pedagogi competence and professional competence to student’s satisfaction. The research use expost facto method. By using sample of 33 student’s in ten grade of mechanical engineering department. In analyzing data  we use statistic descriptive analize which is examined by prerequirement analyze by using normality test,  linearity test, and multikolinierity test. Hypotheses test use correlation and regression. The account of analysis use SPSS v17 software and microsoft excel. The result of research show: teacher’s pedagogi and professional competence in middle category, positive correlation and significant between pedagogi competence and student’s satisfaction by r hitung is 0,66, negative correlation between  professional competence and student’s satisfaction by r hitung is 0,33, and positive correlation and significant between pedagogi competence and professional competence with student’s satisfaction by r hitung is 0,78. Influence teacher’s competence to student’s satisfaction is 37,3%.
