HUBUNGAN ANTARA PROFIL JIWA WIRAUSAHA DAN LATAR BELAKANG ORANG TUA TERHADAP MINAT BERWIRAUSAHA DI SMK MUHAMMADIYAH 3 YOGYAKARTA

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan profil jiwa wirausaha (X₁) dan latar belakang orang tua (X₂) terhadap minat berwirausaha (Y) Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ex-post facto dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X Jurusan Teknik Pemesinan di SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Yogyakarta sebanyak 77 siswa dengan jumlah sampel 67 responden. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui angket dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis korelasi product moment dan regresi linier ganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS 19 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara profil jiwa wirausaha terhadap minat berwirausaha sebesar 0,567 dengan signifikansi 0,000; ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara latar belakang orang tua terhadap minat berwirausaha sebesar 0,671 dengan signifikansi 0,000; ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara profil jiwa wirausaha dan latar belakang orang tua terhadap minat berwirausaha sebesar 0,722 dengan signifikansi 0,000. Hasil persamaan regresi diperoleh persamaan Y= -2,162 + 0,318 X₁ + 0,612 X_2.

The purpose of this research is to know correlation profile of the entrepreneur soul (X₁) and parental background (X₂) against the interest in entrepreneurship (Y). This research is a ex-post facto research with quantitative approach. Populations in this research are students in grade X mechanical engineering department of SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Yogyakarta as much as 77 students with 67 samples as respondents. Research data be gathered through questionnaires and documentations. Data analysis was performed using correlation analysis product moment and multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 19 software for Windows. The results of this research are as follows. First, there was positive and significant relationship between profiles of the entrepreneur soul on the interest in entrepreneurshipp of 0.567 with significance 0.000. Second, there was a positive and significant relationship between parental backgrounds on interest in entrepreneurshipp of 0.671 with significance 0,000. Third, there was a positive and significant relationship between profile of the entrepreneur soul and parental background on interest in entrepreneurship of 0.722, with significance 0.000. The result of regression equation obtained equation is Y=  -2,162 + 0,318 X₁ + 0,612 X_2.
