PENGARUH KEDISIPLINAN SISWA DAN IKLIM SEKOLAH TERHADAP PRESTASI BELAJAR SISWA KELAS XI DI SMK PIRI 1 YOGYAKARTA

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kedisiplinan siswa dan iklim sekolah secara tersendiri dan bersama-sama terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas XI di SMK PIRI 1 Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ex-post facto dengan populasi 159 siswa kelas XI tahun ajaran 2016-2017. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 120 siswa, kelas XI TITL 1, XI TP, XI TKR 1, XI TKR 2, XI TKR 3, dan XI TSM. Sampling menggunakan teknik probability sampling dengan teknik Nomogram Harry King. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana dan analisis regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: kedisiplinan siswa memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan sebesar 3,2% dan uji t 1,985; iklim sekolah tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan sebesar 2,3% dan uji t 1,654; Kedisiplinan siswa dan iklim sekolah secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar sebesar 5,2%.

The study aims to know influence students discipline and school environment separately and together to learning achievement of XI grade students in SMK PIRI 1 Yogyakarta. This study belongs to ex-post facto research that had 159 students of XI grade in the academic year of 2016-2017 as the population. The samples consisted of 120 XI grade students of XI TITL 1, XI TP, XI TKR 1, XI TKR 2, XI TKR 3, and XI TSM. The sampling technique was probability sampling with Nomogram Harry King technique. Data collection technique was in the form of questionnaire and documentation. Data were analyzed by using simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. The result of the study shows that: students discipline had positive and significant influence amounted to 3,2% and t test of 1,985; school environment did not have significant influence amounted to 2,3% and t test 1,654; students discipline and school environment together positive and significant to learning achievement effect of 5,2%.
