PENGARUH INFORMASI DUNIA KERJA DAN PRAKTIK KERJA LAPANGAN TERHADAP KESIAPAN KERJA SISWA KELAS XII DI SMK NEGERI 1 NANGGULAN

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menentukan seberapa besar penguasaan informasi dunia kerja, praktik kerja lapangan, kesiapan kerja, pengaruh informasi dunia kerja terhadap kesiapan kerja, pengaruh praktik kerja lapangan terhadap kesiapan kerja, pengaruh informasi dunia kerja dan praktik kerja lapangan terhadap kesiapan kerja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi analisis deskriptif, pengujian persyaratan analisis, dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan penguasaan informasi dunia kerja dalam kategori tinggi sebesar 78%, praktik kerja lapangan dalam kategori tinggi sebesar 71%, kesiapan kerja dalam kategori tinggi sebesar 73%, pengaruh positif dan siginifikan informasi dunia kerja terhadap kesiapan kerja sebesar 29,7%, pengaruh positif dan siginifikan praktik kerja lapangan terhadap kesiapan kerja sebesar 34,3%, pengaruh positif dan siginifikan informasi dunia kerja dan praktik kerja lapangan terhadap kesiapan kerja sebesar 39,2%.

The purpose of this study was to determine how much information mastery of the world of work, field work practices, work readiness, influences the world of work information on work readiness, the influence of field work practices on work readiness, the influence of world of work information and field work practices on work readiness. This research is associative research with a quantitative approach. Data analysis techniques used include descriptive analysis, requirements analysis testing, and hypothesis testing. The results showed mastery of world of work information in the high category of 78%, field work practice in the high category of 71%, work readiness in the high category of 73%, the positive and significant influence of world of work information on work readiness of 29.7%, the influence positive and significant field work practices on work readiness by 34.3%, positive and significant influence of information on the world of work and field work practices on work readiness by 39.2%.
