PENGARUH KOMPETENSI PEDAGOGIK GURU MATA PELAJARAN TEKNIK PEMESINAN BUBUT KONVENSIONAL TERHADAP MINAT BELAJAR SISWA

Abstract


Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik guru mata pelajaran teknik pemesinan bubut konvensional terhadap minat belajar siswa kelas XI teknik pemesinan SMK N 3 Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI TP 1 dan TP 2 sebanyak 61 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi, koefisien korelasi dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: kompetensi pedagogik guru mata pelajaran Teknik Pemesinan Bubut Konvensional termasuk dalam kategori tinggi sebesar 43% dengan mean 61,63, minat belajar siswa kelas XI Teknik Pemesinan mata pelajaran Teknik Pemesinan Bubut Konvensional termasuk dalam kategori tinggi sebesar 62%, dengan mean 60,83 dan Kompetensi pedagogik guru mata pelajaran Teknik Pemesinan Bubut Konvensional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat belajar siswa kelas XI Teknik Pemesinan SMK Negeri 3 Yogyakarta.

Research This study aims to determine the effect of the pedagogical competence of teachers of conventional lathe pedagogical competence of conventional lathe machining techniques teachers on the interest in learning of students in class XI of machining techniques at SMK N 3 Yogyakarta. This research includes quantitative descriptive research. The research population The population of this research is the students of class XI TP 1 and TP 2 as many as 61 people. Data collection techniques data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The research data were analyzed using regression analysis, correlation coefficient and coefficient of determination. The results study showed that: the pedagogical competence of the teacher of the Conventional Lathe Machining Conventional Lathe Machining is included in the high category of 43%  with a  mean 61.63, students' learning interest in the class XI Mechanical Engineering subject Conventional Lathe Machining Technique included in the high category of 62%  with a mean of 60.83 and the pedagogical competence of the teacher in the subject of Conventional Lathe Machining Technique influences the learning interest of students in class XI. Engineering subject teacher's pedagogical competence has a positive and significant effect on student interest in learning interest of students in class XI Machining Engineering SMK Negeri 3 Yogyakarta.
