PENGARUH PRAKTIK KERJA LAPANGAN DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KESIAPAN KERJA SISWA SMK MUHAMMADIYAH 1 PLAYEN

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh PKL (X₁) terhadap KK (Y), pengaruh MK (X₂) terhadap KK (Y), serta pengaruh PKL (X₁) dan MK (X₂) secara bersama-sama terhadap KK (Y). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 80 siswa kelas XII Teknik Pemesinan SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Playen Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan metode angket dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan deskriptif, regresi dan korelasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan PKL terhadap KK siswa kelas XII kompetensi keahlian Teknik Pemesinan SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Playen sebesar 36,5%, degan t_hitung sebesar 9,330, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan MK terhadap KK siswa kelas kelas XII kompetensi keahlian Teknik Pemesinan SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Playen sebesar 32,6%, dengan t_hitung sebesar 6,146, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan PKL dan MK  secara bersama-sama terhadap KK siswa kelas kelas XII kompetensi keahlian Teknik Pemesinan SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Playen sebesar 57,8%, dengan F_hitung sebesar 52,634 lebih besar dari F_tabel sebesar 3,09 pada taraf signifikansi 5%.

This study aims to analyze the effect of street vendors (X₁) on households (Y), the effect of MK (X₂) on households (Y), and the influence of street vendors (X₁) and MK (X₂) together on households (Y). This research is a quantitative research. The subjects of this study were 80 students of class XII Mechanical Engineering at Muhammadiyah 1 Playen Vocational School, Academic Year 2022/2023. The data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire and documentation method. Data analysis using descriptive, regression and correlation. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect of street vendors on the KK of class XII students of the machining engineering competence of SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Playen by 36.5%, with a tcount of 9.330, there was a positive and significant effect of MK on the KK of class XII students of the machining engineering skill competency Muhammadiyah 1 Playen Vocational School of 32.6%, with a tcount of 6.146, there is a positive and significant influence of street vendors and MK together on KK class XII students of the machining engineering competence of SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Playen of 57.8%, with a Fcount of 52.634 greater than Ftable of 3.09 at a significance level of 5%.
