PENGEMBANGAN MODUL PELATIHAN BERBASIS KOMPETENSI PADA KOMPETENSI MEMBACA GAMBAR TEKNIK DI PT. KOMATSU INDONESIA

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan dan mengetahui kelayakan modul pelatihan berbasis kompetensi pada unit kompetensi membaca gambar teknik di PT. Komatsu Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan 4-D (define, design, develop, dan dissemination). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi terhadap program basic engineering 1 dan 2, wawancara terhadap learning organizer, angket kepada ahli materi dan media, serta dokumentasi dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menghasilan modul pelatihan berbasis kompetensi pada unit kompetensi membaca gambar teknik di PT. Komatsu Indonesia yang terdiri dari dua kegiatan belajar yaitu memilih gambar teknik dan mengintepretasikan gambar teknik yang dibagikan kepada instruktur dan learning organizer berupa soft file dengan kriteria layak berdasarkan penilaian ahli materi 3,34 dan ahli media 3,01 dari skor maksimal 4.
This study aims to produce and determine the feasibility of competency-based training modules in the technical drawing reading competency unit at PT. Komatsu Indonesia. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) research method with a 4-D development model (define, design, develop, and disseminate). The data collection technique used was the observation of basic engineering programs 1 and 2, interviews with learning organizers, questionnaires to material and media experts, as well as documentation using data analysis techniques using quantitative descriptive techniques. This research resulted in a competency-based training module for the technical drawing reading competency unit at PT. Komatsu Indonesia consists of two learning activities, namely choosing technical drawings and interpreting technical drawings which are distributed to instructors and learning organizers in the form of soft files with feasible criteria based on the assessment of material experts 3.34 and media experts 3.01 from a maximum score of 4.
