PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS APLIKASI ANDROID UNTUK MATA PELAJARAN TEORI PEMESINAN GERINDA

Abstract


Peneitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis aplikasi Android untuk mata pelajaran Teori Pemesinan Gerinda kelas XI Teknik Pemesinan di SMK Muhammadiyah Prambanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE yang terdiri dari 5 tahap, yaitu Analysist, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation tetapi penelitian ini hanya sampai tahap Implementation karena keterbatasan waktu. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada 28 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa media yang dikembangkan layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran Teori Pemesinan Gerinda. Hasil validasi media pembelajaran oleh ahli materi mendapatkan persentase nilai 73,75% dengan kriteria layak; hasil validasi media pembelajaran oleh ahli materi mendapatkan persentase nilai 79,55% dengan kriteria sangat layak; hasil validasi media pembelajaran oleh praktisi pembelajaran mendapatkan persentase nilai 95,8% dengan kriteria sangat layak. Hasil respon siswa terhadap media yang dikembangkan mendapatkan respom positif dengan persentase ≥ 70% pada setiap aspeknya.

This research aims to develop learning media based on android application for grinding machining theory subject for grade XI students of Mechanical Engineering B study programme at SMK Muhammadiyah Prambanan. This research is categorized as a Research and Development (R&D) research that is adapted to the ADDIE development model. There are 5 stages of this development model, namely: Analysist, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation, but this research was not done until the Evaluation stage due to time constraints. The learning media developed were tested on 28 students. The research showed the learning media that has developed is feasible for used as a learning media of Grinding Machining Theory. The results of the validation of this learning media are the assessment of material experts getting a percentage value of 73.75% that is categorized as feasible; the assessment of media expert obtained a percentage of the value of 79.55% that is categorized as very appropriate; the assessment of learning practitioners in the Grinding Machining Theory getting a percentage value of 95.8% that is categorized as very appropriate. The students shows the positive response that is ≥ 70% of each indicator.
