RELEVANSI KOMPETENSI TEKNIK PEMESINAN SISWA SMK NEGERI 2 PENGASIH DENGAN INDUSTRI PEMESINAN

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat keterlaksanaan pembelajaran kompetensi teknik pemesinan yang diajarkan di SMK Negeri 2 Pengasih, tingkat kebutuhan kompetensi teknik pemesinan pada industri pemesinan, kompetensi yang diajarkan namun tidak dibutuhkan di industri pemesinan, kompetensi yang dibutuhkan pada industri pemesinan namun tidak diajarkan, dan tingkat relevansi kompetensi teknik pemesinan yang diajarkan di SMK Negeri 2 Pengasih dengan kompetensi yang dibutuhkan di Industri Pemesinan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan analisis deskriptif.. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat persentase keterlaksanaan pembelajaran pada kompetensi teknik pemesinan SMK Negeri 2 Pengasih 89,3%. Tingkat persentase kebutuhan kompetensi teknik pemesinan pada industri pemesinan sebesar 80,1%. Tingkat relevansi kompetensi teknik pemesinan menunjukan persentase revelansi sebesar 98% masuk kategori sangat relevan.

This research aims to determine the level of feasibility of learning the competency of machining techniques taught at Pengasih 2nd Vocational High School (VHS), the level of competency requirements for machining techniques in the machining industry, the competencies not to be required in the machining industry, the competencies needed in machining industry but not taught , and knowing the level of relevance of the competency of machining techniques taught at with the competencies needed in the Machinery Industry. The method used in this research is quantitative with descriptive analysis. Sampling using purposive. The results showed the percentage level of the implementation of learning in the competency of engineering techniques at Pengasih 2 VHS 89.3%. The percentage level of the need for machining technical competence in the machining industry is 80.1%. The level of relevance of the competency of machining techniques shows the percentage of the relevance of 98% is in the very relevant category.
