EVALUASI KETERCAPAIAN BUDAYA KERJA MELALUI PENERAPAN TEACHING FACTORY DI SMK NEGERI 2 DEPOK SLEMAN

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ketercapaian budaya kerja melalui penerapan model teaching factory pada program keahlian TFLM di SMK Negeri 2 Depok Sleman. Aspek yang dinilai dari penelitian ini adalah aspek proses dan budaya kerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan di program keahlian TFLM di SMK N 2 Depok Sleman. Responden penelitian yaitu 48 siswa kelas XI dan 10 guru program keahlian TFLM di SMK Negeri 2 Depok Sleman. Penelitian ini mengadopsi sebagian dari model evaluassi CIPP. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: kualitas pelaksanaan teaching factory menurut siswa sebesar 61,68 (77,10%) dengan kategori sangat baik dan menurut guru sebesar 65 (81,25%) dengan kategori sangat baik; ketercapaian budaya menurut siswa sebesar 55,64 (76,27%) dengan kategori sangat baik dan guru sebesar 64,90 (81,12%) dengan kategori sangat baik.
This study aims to determine the achievement of work culture through the application of the teaching factory model in the TFLM expertise program at SMK Negeri 2 Depok Sleman. The aspects assessed from this research are aspects of the proses and work culture. This research was conducted in the TFLM expertise program at SMK N 2 Depok Sleman. The research respondents were 48 students of class XI and 10 teachers of the TFLM expertise program at SMK Negeri 2 Depok Sleman. This study adopts a portion of the CIPP evaluation model. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive analysis. The results showed that: (1) the quality of teaching factory implementation according to students was 61.68 (77.10%) with a very good category and according to the teacher by 65 (81.25%) with a very good category; (2) cultural achievement according to students is 55.64 (76.27%) with very good category and teachers is 64.90 (81.12%) with very good category.
