EVALUASI PROGRAM PRAKTIK KERJA LAPANGAN TAHUN AJARAN 2017/2018 BIDANG KEAHLIAN TEKNIK PEMESINAN SMK N 1 NANGGULAN

Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kesesuaian bidang keahlian siswa dalam pelaksanaan, kesiapan pelaksanaan, pelaksanaan dan manfaat pelaksanaan PKL. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan metode evaluasi CIPP oleh Stufflebeam. Objek penelitian ini adalah siswa dan guru pembimbing PKL Tahun Ajaran 2017/2018. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesesuaian bidang keahlian siswa dalam pelaksanaan PKL menurut guru pembimbing dan siswa dikategorikan sangat baik. Kesiapan PKL menurut guru pembimbing dan siswa dikategorikan sangat baik. Pelaksanaan PKL menurut guru pembimbing dikategorikan sangat baik, sedangkan menurut siswa dikategorikan baik. Manfaat PKL menurut guru pembimbing dan siswa dikategorikan sangat baik.
The purpose of this study was to determine the suitability of the Field of Student
expertise in the implementation, readiness for implementation, implementation
and the benefits of street vendors. This research is a quantitative descriptive study, using the CIPP evaluation method by Stufflebeam. The object of this study were students and tutors mentoring street vendors 2017/2018. Data collection methods using observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was performed descriptively quantitative. The results showed that the suitability of the Field of Expertise of students in the implementation of street vendors according to the supervisor and students was categorized very well. PKL readiness according to the supervisor and students is categorized very well. The implementation of street vendors according to the supervisor was categorized very well, while according to students it was categorized as good. The benefits of street vendors according to the supervisor and students are categorized very well.
