PENGARUH WORK PREPARATION SHEET TERHADAP HASIL PRAKTIK BUBUT KELAS XI SMK NEGERI 2 YOGYAKARTA

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan work preparation sheet (WPS) dalam praktik permesinan bubut dan mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar praktik membubut kelompok yang diterapkan WPS dengan kelompok yang tidak menggunakan WPS saat prktik membubut kelas XI di SMK Negeri 2 Yogyakarta. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan Quasi Experimemntal Design jenis Nonequivalent Control Group Design yang membandingkan kelompok eksperimen dengan kontrol, data diperoleh dari nilai pretest dan posttest dengan menggunakan tes objektif. Uji persyaratan analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas. Pengujian hipotesisnya menggunakan T-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pengaruh penggunaan WPS pada praktik membubut kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol saat praktik membubut, berpengaruh tetapi tidak signifikan. Rerata nilai kelompok eksperimen 88,18> kelompok kontrol 85.31. Rerata kelompok eksperimen meningkat sebesar 3.875 lebih tinggi dibanding kelompok kontrol dengan peningkatan 2.25, sehingga dapat disimpulkan kelas yang diberi perlakuan penggunaan WPS saat praktik lebih meningkat dibanding kelas yang tidak menggunakan WPS.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the implementation of work preparation sheet (WPS) in lathe machining practices and to know the differences in the results of learning practice on turning between group applied WPS and group that did not use WPS in practicing turning class XI at Yogyakarta State Vocational High School 2. The average score of experimental group increased by 3.875 higher than the control groups with increasing 2.25, so that it can be concluded that the class given the treatment of WPS when practicing is higher than the class that does not use WPS.
