EVALUASI PELAKSANAAN PROGRAM TEACHING FACTORY PADA PROGRAM KEAHLIAN TEKNIK PEMESINAN

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesesuian implementasi teaching factory pada program keahlian teknik pemesinan di SMK Negeri 1 Magelang. Aspek-aspek implementasi teaching factory tersebut dievaluasi dari sisi process dan product. Penelitian ini dilakukan di program keahlian teknik pemesinan SMK N 1 Magelang. Responden penelitian ini adalah 100 siswa dan 22 guru produktif teknik pemesinan. Penelitian ini  mengadopsi sebagian dari model evaluasi CIPP  yaitu Process dan Product. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode angket dan observasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kesesuaian pelaksanaan teaching factory dari aspek process menurut guru sebesar 66,27 (82,84%) dan menurut siswa sebesar 60,07 (75,08%), dan pelaksanaan teaching factory dari aspek  product menurut guru sebesar 38,45 (80,11%) dan menurut siswa sebesar 36,13 (75,27%). Tingkat kesesuaian implementasi teaching factory di SMK N 1 Magelang secara keseluruhan pada program keahlian teknik pemesinan adalah sangat sesuai.

This study aims to determine the suitability level of teaching factory implementation on engineering machining skills program at SMK Negeri 1 Magelang. Aspects of teaching factory implementation are evaluated the process and product. This research was conducted in the engineering skill program of SMK N 1 Magelang. Research respondents were 100 students and 22 teachers of machining tecniques. This research adopted part of evaluation mode CIPP which is Process and Product. The data were collected using questionnaire and observation method. Data analysis techniques used quantitative descriptive analysis. The result of the research showed suitability level of teaching factory implementation from process aspect according teachers was 66,27 (82,84%) and according students equal to  60,07 (75,08%), and suitability level of teaching factory factory implementation from product aspect according teachers was 38,45 (80,11%) and accoring students equal to 36,13 (75,27). Eavaluation of the implemetation of teaching factory in SMK N 1 Magelang as a whole on teh engineering machining skils program at SMK N 1 Magelang is very approriate.
