PENGARUH PENERAPAN WORK PREPARATION SHEET TERHADAP PRESTASI BELAJAR PRAKTIK PEMESINAN FRAIS

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar, langkah kerja dan perbedaan hasil belajar praktik frais dengan WPS dan tanpa WPS. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Quasi Eksperimental Design dengan Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Populasi terdiri dari seluruh kelas XI Teknik Pemesinan SMK Negeri 2 Depok Sleman. Data dikumpulkan dengan observasi dan penilaian hasil praktik. Analisis data menggunakan uji-t. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa rerata nilai praktik siswa kelompok ekperimen sebesar 92,39 lebih tinggi dibanding kelompok kontrol sebesar 89,40. Langkah kerja kelompok ekperimen lebih baik yaitu kelompok eksperimen 97,13% sedangkan kelompok kontrol 90,00%. Nilai praktik kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol berbeda. Perbedaan ditunjukkan dengan harga t hitung lebih besar daripada t tabel (t hitung: 4,6033 > t tabel: 2,0435) taraf signifikan 5%. Dengan demikian penerapan WPS berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai praktik frais.

The purpose of the research to determine the learning outcomes, work steps and difference in the results of learning milling practice with WPS and without WPS. This study employed the quantitative approach. The method was quasi eksperimental design with nonequivalent control group design. The population comprised of all grade XI students of Depok Sleman 2 State Vocational High School. Data were collected by means of observations and practice assessment. Data were analyzed using t-test. The mean practice score of students in experimental group 92,39 is better than that in control group 89,40. The work step of the experimental group better that is experimental group 97,13% while the control group is 90,00%. Practice scores in experimental group and control group are different. The difference is indicated by t count which is greater than t table (t count: 4,6033 > t table: 2,0435) at a significant level of 5%. Therefore the implementation of work preparation sheet has positive effects on milling practice scores.
