PENGARUH LAYANAN BIMBINGAN KARIER DAN WAWASAN UMKM TERHADAP MINAT BERWIRAUSAHA PESERTA DIDIK KELAS X TEKNIK PEMESINAN

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh layanan bimbingan karier dan wawasan UMKM secara pasial dan simultan terhadap minat berwirausaha. Merupakan penelitian ex-post facto dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi peserta didik kelas X Teknik Pemesinan SMKN 3 Yogyakarta berjumlah 118 siswa. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 90 siswa ditentukan berdasarkan teknik simple random sampling dengan tingkat kesalahan 5%. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket tertutup. Uji validitas dengan pendapat ahli. Uji reliabilitas dengan Alpha Cronbach. Uji prasyarat meliputi uji normalitas dan linieritas. Analisis hipotesis 1 dan 2 menggunakan Regresi Linier, analisis hipotesis 3 menggunakan Regresi Ganda. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu tidak ada pengaruh antara layanan bimbingan karier terhadap minat berwirausaha (r= 0,176 Sig 0,097), terdapat pengaruh antara wawasan UMKM terhadap minat berwirausaha (r= 0,510 Sig 0,000), terdapat pengaruh antara layanan bimbingan karier dan wawasan UMKM terhadap minat berwirausaha (R= 0,573 Sig 0,00).

This study aims to find out the effects of career guidance services and insights into Micro, Small & Medium Entreprises (MSME) partially and simultaneously on entrepreneurial interest. This was an ex-post facto study with a quantitative approach. The population comprised 118 students of Grade X of The Machining Engineering Expertise Program of SMKN 3 Yogyakarta. The sample, consisting of 90 students, was selected using the Simple Random Sampling with a 5% sampling error. The data were collected by a closed questionnaire. The validity was assessed by expert judgment. The reliability was assessed by Cronbach’s Alpha. The tests of analysis assumptions were tests of normality and linearity. Hypotheses 1 and 2 were tested using linear regression, and hypothesis 3 was tested using multiple regression. The results of the study are there is no effect of career guidance services on entrepreneurial interest (r = 0.176, Sig = 0.097), there is an effect of insights into MSME on entrepreneurial interest (r = 0.510, Sig = 0.000), there are effects of career guidance services and insights into MSME on entrepreneurial interest (R = 0.573, Sig = 0.00).
