PENGARUH JIWA KEWIRAUSAHAAN DAN PENGALAMAN PRAKTIK KERJA INDUSTRI TERHADAP MINAT BERWIRAUSAHA SISWA TEKNIK PEMESINAN

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh jiwa kewirausahaan dan pengalaman praktik kerja industri secara tersendiri dan bersama-sama terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa kelas XI program keahlian teknik pemesinan di SMK Muhammadiyah Prambanan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ex-post facto dengan populasi 121 siswa kelas XI program keahlian teknik pemesinan tahun ajaran 2016-2017. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 89 siswa, kelas XI TP A, XI TP B, XI TP C, dan XI TP D. Sampling menggunakan teknik probability sampling dengan teknik simple random sampling dengan metode Isaac dan Michael. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana dan analisis regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: jiwa kewirausahaan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan sebesar 20,4% dan uji t 4,721; pengalaman praktik kerja industri memiliki pengaruh signifikan sebesar 27% dan uji t 5,675; Jiwa kewirausahaan dan pengalaman praktik kerja industri secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha sebesar 35,9%.

This research aims to understand the influence of entrepreneurship and experience of work practices industry independently and jointly toward the willingness to be entrepreneurs of students grade XI of the expert engineering machine program in SMK Muhammadiyah Prambanan. This study is using ex-post facto with population is 121 of student grade XI of the expert engineering machine program on 2016/2017. Sampling in this study is 89 students; they are grade XI TP A, grade XI TP B, grade XI TP C and grade XI TP D. Probability sampling tehnique, simple random sampling tehnique, Isaac and Michael method are used in this research. Questionnaire are used to data collection and for data analysis tehnique; this research uses simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. The result of the study is entrepreneurship has the positive relationship and significant around 20.4% and t 4.721; experience of industrial work practice has a significant effect of 27% and t test of 5.675; entrepreneurship spirit and industrial work practice experience jointly have a positive and significant effect towards a willingness to be an entrepreneur of 35.9%.
