EFEKTIVITAS PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS MASALAH BERBANTUAN PROGRAM APLIKASI PSPICE UNTUK PENGGUNAAN ANALISIS RANGKAIAN LISTRIK ARUS SEARAH DI SEKOLAH MENENGAH KEJURUAN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) gambaran data hasil belajar siswa kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol; (2) perbedaan pretest dan posttest kelas eksperimen; (3)  efektivitas penerapan pembelajaran berbasis masalah berbantuan program aplikasi PSpice. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan kuasi eksperimen dengan desain non-randomized control group design. Subyek penelitian ini yaitu siswa SMK Negeri 2 Yogyakarta sejumlah 32 orang dari kelas X TIPTL 3 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan sejumlah 31 orang dari X TIPTL 4 sebagai kelas kontrol. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan tes dan observasi. Teknik analisis data digunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis non parametik berupa uji-u. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa : (1) Peningkatan kompetensi siswa kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi daripada kelas kontrol; (2) pretest kompetensi siswa  kelas eksperimen berbeda secara signifikan dengan posttest ditinjau dari dari aspek kognitif dan afektif dengan nilai sig.hitung sebesar 0,00 < 0,05; (3) Pembelajaran berbasis masalah berbantuan program aplikasi PSpice efektif digunakan untuk peningkatan kompetensi mendeskripsikan elemen pasif rangkaian listrik arus searah dengan hasil rerata gain kelas eksperimen sebesar 0,44 pada aspek kognitif,dan sebesar 0,60 pada aspek afektif.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are to find out: (1) description of student competency of experiment class and control class; (2) the differences between pretest and posttest experiment class; (3) the effectivity of problem based learning assisted by PSpice aplication. This research used quasi experiment method with non-randomized control group design. Subjects of this study were 32 students of X class TIPTL 3 as experiment class and 31 students TIPTL 4 as control class. Data collected by test and observation. Data analyzed  with descriptive analysis and non-parametric analysis with u-test.The result of study were: (1) increased students competency of experiment class is higher than the control class; (2)pretest students competency of the experiment class is significantly different  from its posttest in terms of cognitif and affective with sig.calculated value at 0,00<0,05; (3) problem-based learning assisted by PSpice application effectively used for electric circuit analysis of direct current with the gain score of 0.44 on aspects of cognitive and 0.60 for affective aspects.
