PENGARUH MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN, METODE MENGAJAR, DAN KREATIVITAS GURU TERHADAP PRESTASI BELAJAR SISWA MATA PELAJARAN DASAR DAN PENGUKURAN LISTRIK

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui: (1) pengaruh media pembelajaran terhadap prestasi belajar siswa, (2) pengaruh metode mengajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa, (3) pengaruh kreativitas guru terhadap prestasi belajar siswa, dan (4) pengaruh media pembelajaran, metode mengajar, dan kreativitas guru terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional dengan pendekatan expost facto.Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X TITL SMK N 1 Sedayu Bantul yang berjumlah 64 orang.Teknik pengumpulan data untuk variabel bebas menggunakan metode angket, pengumpulan data variabel terikat prestasi belajar menggunakan nilai rapot siswa semester ganjil.Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi, dan analisis ganda. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan: (1) terdapat pengaruh media pembelajaran sebesar 25,6% terhadap prestasi belajar siswa, (2) terdapat pengaruh metode mengajar sebesar 18,8% terhadap prestasi belajar siswa, (3) terdapat pengaruh kreativitas guru sebesar 18,1% terhadap prestasi belajar siswa, dan (4) terdapat pengaruh media pembelajaran, metode mengajar, dan kreativitas guru sebesar 33% terhadap prestasi belajar siswa.

Abstract
This study was aimed to determine: (1) the influence of learning media on students’ learning achievement, (2) the influence of teaching method on students’ learning achievement, (3) the influence of teachers’ creativity on students’ learning achievement, and (4) the influence of learning media, teaching method, and teachers’ creativity on students’ learning achievement. This study is a correlational study using ex post facto approach. The population of this study was all 64 students of X TITL class of SMK N 1 Sedayu Bantul. The data collection technique for independent variable was questionnaire method. Data of dependent variable learning achievement was collected from students’ report cards from the odd semester. Data analysis used descriptive analysis, regression analysis, and multiple analysis. The research results conclude: (1) there was 25.6% influence of learning media on students’ learning achievement, (2) there was 18.8% influence of teaching method on students’ learning achievement, (3) there was 18.1% influence of teachers’ creativity on students’ learning achievement, and (4) there was 33% influence of learning media, teaching method, and teachers’ creativity on students’ learning achievement.
