PENERAPAN METODE PEMBELAJARAN PEER TEACHING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA KELAS X PADA MATA PELAJARAN DASAR DAN PENGUKURAN LISTRIK DI SMK N NUSAWUNGU

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh metode yang tepat berupa tindakan peer teaching dalam pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran dasar dan pengukuran Kelas X program keahlian Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik SMK N Nusawungu. Jumlah siswa yang menjadi subjek penelitian ada 34 siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan lembar pengamatan peran aktif siswa, jobsheet, tes prestasi belajar, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode pembelajaran peer teaching dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas X pada mata pelajaran dasar dan pengukuran listrik pola pembentukan kelompok dimana menempatkan siswa dengan nilai tertinggi pada tiap kelompok. Hal ini terlihat adanya peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada setiap siklus, pada siklus I presentase aspek kejujuran 47,79%, tekun 55,88%, kreatifitas 52,94%, kerjasama 62,50% dan terakhir tanggung jawab 30,15%. Pada siklus II, aspek afektif yang meliputi presentase aspek kejujuran sebesar 55,88%, tekun 61,03%, kreatifitas sebesar 59,56%, kerjasama 63,97% dan terakhir tanggung jawab 31,62%. Aspek kognitif, nilai awal sebelum dilakukan tindakan jumlah siswa yang tuntas sebesar 5,88% dengan nilai rata-rata 53,38, jumlah siswa yang tuntas akhir siklus I sebesar 48,48% dengan nilai rata-rata 68,33. Pada akhir siklus II jumlah siswa yang tuntas sebesar 93,93% dengan nilai rata-rata 77,72. Presentase siswa tuntas pada aspek psikomotorik pada akhir siklus I sebesar 44,11%. Pada akhir siklus II jumlah siswa yang tuntas sebesar 88,23%.

This research aims to obtain good methods of action peer teaching in learning to improve learning outcomes students at elementary subjects and measurement of class x the technical expertise installation electricity vocational high school .The subject member to this research is 34 students .The research is class action research. Engineering data collection in this research using sheets observation an active role students , jobsheet , tests learning achievements , and documentation .The result showed that the implementation of the learning methods he continued peer teaching can improve learning outcomes graders x at elementary subjects and electrical measurements the groups where to place the student with the on the highest each group.This looks of the study results students at every cycle , on the cycle i the percentage of honesty 47,79 % , assiduous 55,88 % , creativity 52,94 % , cooperation 62,50 % and last responsibility 30,15 % .On the cycle ii , affective aspects which includes the percentage of honesty of 55,88 % , assiduous 61,03 % , creativity of 59,56 % , cooperation 63,97 % and last responsibility 31,62 % .Cognitive aspects , initial value before done the act of students completed by 5,88 % worth rata-rata 53,38 , the number of students who completed the cycle i of 48,48 % worth rata-rata 68,33 .At the end of a cycle ii the number of students who completed by 93,93 % worth rata-rata 77,72 .The percentage of students completed in psychomotor aspects at the end of a cycle i of 44,11 % .At the end of a cycle ii the number of students who completed by 88,23 %.
