PENGGUNAAN LOGIKA FUZZY UNTUK PENGEMBANGAN INSTRUMEN PENILAIAN KINERJA PRAKTIK SISTEM KONTROL TERPROGRAM SISWA SEKOLAH MENENGAH KEJURUAN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh model, kualitas, karakteristik, dan kelayakan software Instrumen Penilaian Kinerja Praktik Sistem Kontrol Terprogram untuk Siswa SMK yang berbasis fuzzy logic dan standar ISO 9126. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan model waterfall dari Pressman. Subyek penelitian ini adalah Dosen Jurusan Pendidikan Teknik Elektro UNY dan guru PLC di SMK Negeri 2 Depok Sleman. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner, wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumen. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara deskriptif kuantatif. Penelitian ini diperoleh 4 hasil. Pertama, diperoleh model instrumen berbentuk software penilaian kinerja praktik yang menggunakan frame layout. Kedua, persentase pada aspek functionality sebesar 93,75%, reliability sebesar 84,37%, efficiency sebesar 87,5%, usability sebesar 87,5%, portability sebesar 80%, maintainability sebesar 85%, uji materi kurikulum 2013 sebesar 85%, dan uji materi PLC sebesar 95,5%. Ketiga, software instrumen penilaian kinerja dinyatakan memenuhi aspek sesuai Standard ISO 9126 dan Kurikulum 2013. Keempat, software instrumen penilaian kinerja sudah layak digunakan karena sudah sesuai Standard ISO 9126.

Abstract
The purpose of this research is to find out the model, quality, characters, and feasibility of Assessment Instrument of Practice Performance with Programmed Control System software for SMK students fuzzy logic based and ISO standard 9126. This research is a development research with waterfall model from Pressman. The subject of this research was Lecturers of Electrical Engineering Education Majors and PLC teachers from SMK Negeri 2 Depok Sleman. The data was collected using questionnaire, interview, observation, and document study. The data analyzed using descriptive quantitative. There are four results of this research. The first, an instrument model in the form of practice performance assessment software using frame layout was obtained. Secondly, the percentage in functionality was 93.75%, reliability with 84.37%, efficiency was 87,5%, usability with 87.5% portability with 80%, maintainability was 85%, 2013 curriculum test with 85%, and PLC test with 95.5%. Third, performance assessment instrument software was fulfilling the aspect suitable to ISO 9126 standard and 2013 Curriculum. Fourth, performance assessment instrument software was proper to be used because it has fulfilled ISO 9126 Standard.
