PENGARUH PERSEPSI SISWA PADA KOMPETENSI TEKNISI DAN KOMPETENSI LABORAN TERHADAP MUTU LAYANAN LABORATORIUM DI SMK NEGERI 2 PURWOKERTO

Abstract

 

This research aims to know(1) the influence of students perceptions onthe competence of technician againts quality laboratory services(2) the influence of students perceptions onthe competence oflaboratory assistentagaints quality laboratory services, (3) the influence of students perceptions on the competence of technician and the competence oflaboratory assistentagaints quality laboratory service at SMKNegeri 2 Purwokerto.

This research method using ex-post facto approach with a population of 130 students and a sample of 97 students obtained through proportional random sampling techniques. Free variables are the perceptions of students on the competence of the technician (X 1), and the perceptions of students on competence laboran (X 2). The bound variable is the quality of laboratory services (Y). Data collection using the questionnaire now model and techniques of data analysis using regression analysis.

The results showed that: (1) there is a positive influence of students perceptions onthe competence of technician againts quality laboratory services, indicated by the value of the correlation coefficient of 0,220, (2) there is a positive influence of students perceptions onthe competence of laboratory assistentagaints quality laboratory services, indicated by the value of the correlation coefficient of 0,215, (3) there is a positive influence students perceptions on the competence of technician and the competence of laboratory assistentagaints quality laboratory service at SMK Negeri 2 Purwokerto, indicated by the value of the correlation coefficient of 0,280.

Abstrak

 

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh persepsi siswa pada kompetensi teknisi terhadap mutu layanan laboratorium, (2) pengaruh persepsi siswa pada kompetensi laboran terhadap mutu layanan laboratorium, (3) pengaruh persepsi siswa pada kompetensi teknisi dan kompetensi laboran terhadap mutu layanan laboratorium di SMK Negeri 2 Purwokerto.

Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan ex-post facto dengan populasi 130 siswa dan sampel 97 siswadiperoleh melalui teknik proportional random sampling.Variabel bebasnya adalah persepsi siswa pada kompetensi teknisi (X1),danpersepsi siswa pada kompetensi laboran (X2).Variabel terikatnya yaitu mutu layanan laboratorium (Y).Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner model angketdan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh positif persepsi siswa pada kompetensi teknisi terhadap mutu layanan laboratorium,ditunjukkan dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,220, (2) terdapat pengaruh positif persepsi siswa pada kompetensi laboran terhadap mutu layanan laboratorium, ditunjukkan dengan nilai koefisien korelasisebesar 0,215, (3) terdapat pengaruh positif persepsi siswa pada kompetensi teknisi dan kompetensi laboran terhadap mutu layanan laboratorium di SMK Negeri 2 Purwokerto,ditunjukkan dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,280.
