EFEKTIVITAS PRAKTIK KERJA INDUSTRI SESUAI DENGAN TUNTUTAN DUNIA KERJA

Penelitian bertujuan untukmengetahui: (1) bagaimana pelaksanaan prakerin siswa SMK di dunia industri. (2) bagaimana kemampuan awal siswa SMK sebelum melaksanakan prakerin. (3) bagaimana kemampuan siswa SMK yang disyaratkan industri.Penelitian inimerupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan metode survei.Subjek dalampenelitianterdiri dari dua macam (1)siswa SMK kelasXIIProgramKeahlian Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrikdi Kabupaten Tegaldengan jumlah sampel30siswa. (2)karyawan CV Agro Teknik dan CV Rexa Cipta Mandiri berjumlah 21 orang.Teknikpengumpulandata dalam penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen kuesioner dan wawancara.Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif.Hasilpenelitian dapatdisimpulkan bahwa(1)pelaksanaan prakerin siswa SMK Program Keahlian TITL di Kabupaten Tegal secara kesulurahan sudah berjalan efektif (2)kemampuan awal siswa SMK sebelum prakerin masih jauh dari apa yang diharapkan industri. Siswa SMK tidak bisa praktik langsung saat prakerin di dunia industri. Kemampuan awal siswa SMK sebelum melaksanakan prakerin tergolong belum efektif (3) kemampuan siswa SMK yang disyaratkan industri tergolong sangat penting dengan nilai minimal 50, nilai maksimal 80, rata-rata 63,4 dan simpangan baku 10,5. Berdasarkan kategori penilaian yang telah ditetapkan, kemampuan siswa SMK yang disyaratkan industri termasuk efektif.

Abstract
The purposes of the research are to find out: (1) The implementation of industrial job training program of vocational high school students. (2) The initial ability of vocational high school students before conducting industrial job training program in industry. (3) The ability of vocational high school studentsrequired industrialized world. This research is a descriptif study with survey method. The respondents of the researchconsisted of two kinds (1) students of grade XII of Electrical Instalation Engineering Program inKabupatenTegal withsamples of 30 students.(2)The employes of CV Agro Teknik and CV Rexa Cipta Mandiri amounts 21 people. The data collection techniques in this research use instrument questionnaire and interview. The analysis of the data used in this research are the descriptive analysis. The conclusions : (1) The implementation of industrial job training program of vocational high school students majored TITL in Kabupaten Tegal entirely is effective. (2) The initial ability of vocational high school students before conducting industrial job training program in industry is still far away from what the industrialized expected. The students of vocational high school can not practice directly when conducting industrial job training program in industry. The initial ability of vocational high school students before conducting industrial job training program at industryare not yet effective. (3) The ability of vocational high school students required industrialized world includes very important with minimum value 50, maximumvalue 80, average 63,4 and standard deviation 10,5. Based on the assesment category previously determined, the ability of vocational students required industrialized world is effective.
