KONTRIBUSI PENGALAMAN PRAKTIK KERJA INDUSTRI DAN PEMANFAATAN FASILITAS BELAJAR TERHADAP KESIAPAN KERJA DUNIA INDUSTRI SISWA KELAS XII KOMPETENSI KEAHLIAN TEKNIK INSTALASI TENAGA LISTRIK DI SMK NEGERI 1 SEDAYU

Abstrak
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui: (1) Kontribusi Pengalaman Praktik Kerja Industri dan Pemanfaatan Fasilitas Belajar terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Dunia Industri siswa kelas XII Program Keahlian TITL di SMKN 1 Sedayu; (2) Kontribusi Pengalaman Praktik Kerja Industri terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Dunia Industri; dan (3) Kontribusi Pemanfaatan Fasilitas Belajar terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Dunia Industri. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survey yang dilakukan pada siswa SMKN 1 Sedayu Program Keahlian TITL sebanyak 105 siswa. Jumlah sampel 51 siswa diambil menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian adalah Pengalaman Praktik Kerja Industri (X1), Pemanfaatan Fasilitas Belajar (X2), dan variabel terikat Kesiapan Kerja Dunia Industri (Y). Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuisioner. Analisis data menggunakan regresi ganda, regresi linier sederhana, analisis korelasi parsial dan analisis sumbangan efektif. SMKN 1 Sedayu dengan kontribusi sebesar 40,10%; Terdapat kontribusi positif dan signifikan Pengalaman Praktik Kerja Industri terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Dunia Industri dengan kontribusi sebesar 38,50%; (3) Terdapat kontribusi positif Pemanfaatan Fasilitas Belajar terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Dunia Industri dengan kontribusi yang diberikan sebesar 1,60%.

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) Contributions Industrial Work Experience Practice and Utilization Facilities Study of the Industrial World Workplace Readiness class XII student in the Program of SMKN 1 TITL Sedayu; (2) Contribution to the Industry Experience Employment Practices Employment Readiness World Industries; and (3) Contributions Utilization facilities Work Readiness Learning the Industrial World. This study is a survey conducted on students SMKN 1 TITL Sedayu Skills Program as many as 105 students. Total sample of 51 students drawn using simple random sampling technique. The independent variable is the Industrial Work Experience Practice (X1), Facility Utilization Study (X2), and the dependent variable Job Readiness World Industries (Y). Data collection using questionnaires. Data using multiple regression analysis, simple linear regression analysis , partial correlation analysis and analysis of effective contribution. SMKN 1 TITL Sedayu with contributions amounted to 40.10%; There is a positive and significant contribution Practice Industrial Work experience to Work Readiness World Industries with a contribution of 38.50%; (3) There is a positive contribution to the Utilization of Learning facilities Work readiness World Industries with contributions made by 1.60%.
