PENGARUH KEMAMPUAN MANAJERIAL KEPALA SEKOLAH, KEMAMPUAN PROFESIONAL GURU, DAN FASILITAS PEMBELAJARAN TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS SEKOLAH DI SMK NEGERI 2 BANDAR LAMPUNG

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk: (1) memperoleh gambaran tentang: kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah, kemampuan profesional guru, fasilitas pembelajaran, dan efektivitas sekolah pada guru SMK Negeri 2 Bandar Lampung, (2) mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah terhadap efektivitas sekolah, (3) mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan profesional guru terhadap efektivitas sekolah, (4) mengetahui pengaruh fasilitas pembelajaran terhadap efektivitas sekolah, dan (5) mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah, kemampuan profesional guru, dan fasilitas pembelajaran terhadap efektivitas sekolah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional dengan pendekatan expost facto. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa: (1) Kemampuan manajerial Kepala termasuk kategori cukup dengan skor rerata angket sebesar 69,96, kemampuan profesional guru termasuk kategori cukup dengan skor rerata angket sebesar 57,67, fasilitas pembelajaran termasuk kategori cukup dengan skor rerata angket sebesar 73,74, dan efektivitas sekolah termasuk kategori cukup dengan skor rerata angket sebesar 86,99, (2) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan pada kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah terhadap efektivitas sekolah dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,474, (3) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan pada kemampuan profesional guru terhadap efektivitas sekolah dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,320, (4) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan pada fasilitas pembelajaran terhadap efektivitas sekolah  dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,444, (5) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan pada kemampuan manjerial kepala sekolah, kemampuan profesional guru, dan fasilitas pembelajaran secara bersama-sama terhadap efektivitas sekolah dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,576.

Abstract

The aim of this research were design to: (1) obtain a description of:  the principal’s managerial ability, teachers’s professional ability, learning facility, and school effectiveness on teachers at SMKN 2 Bandar Lampung, (2) know the effect of principal’s managerial ability to the school effectiveness, (3) know the effect of teacher’s professional ability to the school effectiveness, (4) know the effect of learning facility to the school effectiveness, and (5) know the effect of  principal’s managerial ability, teacher’s professional ability, and learning facility to the school effectiveness. The result of this research can be conductes that: (1) the principal’s managerial ability is in sufficient category with questionnaire mean score by 69.96, the teacher’s professional ability is in sufficient category with questionnaire mean score by 57.75, the learning facility is in sufficient category with questionnaire mean score by 73.74, and the school effectiveness is in sufficient category with questionnaire mean score by 86.99, (2) there is a positive and significant effect on the principal’s managerial ability to the school effectiveness with a correlation coefficient of 0.474, (3) there is a positive and significant effect on teacher’s professional ability to the school effectiveness with correlation coefficient of 0.320, (4) there is a positive and significant effect on the learning facilities to the school effectiveness with a correlation coefficient of 0.444, (5) there is a positive significant effect on the principal’s managerial ability, teacher’s professional ability, and learning facility together to the school effectiveness with the regression coefficient of 0.576.
