PENGEMBANGAN PROTOTYPE WATER LEVEL CONTROL AND MONITORING SYSTEM SEBAGAI MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN PADA MATA DIKLAT PENGOPERASIAN SCADA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) Membuat rancang bangun media pembelajaran prototype water level control and monitoring system; (2) Mengetahui unjuk kerja prototype water level control and monitoring system; (3) Mengetahui tingkat kelayakan media pembelajaran prototype water level control and monitoring system pada mata diklat pengoperasian SCADA. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Research and Development (R&D) dengan menggunakan model pengembangan Borg & Gall yang diadaptasi oleh Anik Ghufron. Prosedur pengembangan memuat empat tahapan, yaitu tahap studi pendahuluan, tahap pengembangan, tahap uji lapangan, dan tahap diseminasi. Alat pengumpul data yang digunakan berupa angket skala likert. Produk penelitian pengembangan ini berupa prototype water level control and monitoring system dan jobsheet. Hasil penilaian kelayakan media pembelajaran prototype dan jobsheet yang dikembangkan dengan persentase kelayakan sebesar 83,5% dari ahli media, 86,75% dari ahli materi, 77,25% dari guru, 78,5% dari siswa pada uji lapangan awal,dan 79% dari siswa pada uji lapangan utama.

Abstract
This study aimed to: (1) Create a design for water level control and monitoring system prototype learning media; (2) Discover the performance of water level control and monitoring system prototype; (3) Discover the feasibility of water level control and monitoring system prototype learning media in SCADA operation. This study was a Research and Development (R&D) study using Borg & Gall’s development model which is adapted by Anik Ghufron. The development procedure consisted of four stages, which were preliminary study stage, development stage, field test stage, and disseminations stage. The product of this development research was a water level control and monitoring system prototype and jobsheet. The results of feasibility test prototype and jobsheet of the feasibility of 83,5 % from the media, 86,75 % of the material 77,25 % of teachers, 78,5 % of students in preliminary field test stated, and 79 % of students in the main field test stated.
