PENGEMBANGAN HAND GLOVE CONTROL MENGGUNAKAN SENSOR MPU6050 SEBAGAI MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN MATA KULIAH PRAKTIK ROBOTIKA

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) mengetahui rancang bangun hand gloves control menggunakan MPU6050 sebagai media pembelajaran, (2) mengetahui unjuk kerja hand gloves control menggunakan MPU6050, dan (3) tingkat kelayakan hand gloves control menggunakan MPU6050. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode R&D (Research and Development) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implement, Evaluate) menurut Robert Maribe Branch. Subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Pendidikan Teknik Mekatronika, Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. Objek penelitian adalah hand gloves control. Instrumen penelitian berupa angket. Hasil penelitian dan pengembangan berupa: (1) perangkat keras berupa hand gloves control menggunakan sensor MPU6050, (2) perangkat keras hand gloves control dapat dioperasikan dengan baik dengan 4 kanal output, durasi kalibrasi untuk mendapatkan nilai seimbang selama 6 detik, ketepatan pengiriman data sebesar 89%, dan radius pengoperasian 150 meter, (3) hasil penilaian ahli media 1 memperoleh persentase sebesar 92% dengan kategori "sangat layak" dan ahli media 2 sebesar 88% dengan kategori “sangat layak” (2) hasil penilaian ahli materi 1 memperoleh persentase sebesar 89% dengan kategori "sangat layak" dan ahli materi 2 sebesar 76% dengan kategori “layak”, (3) sedangkan dari uji coba pemakaian oleh mahasiswa, media pembelajaran ini memperoleh persentase rata-rata sebesar 84% dengan kategori “layak”.

Abstract

This purpose of this study are to: (1) find out the design of hand gloves control using MPU6050 as a learning media, (2) determine the perfomance of hand gloves control using MPU6050, and (3) find out the feasibility level of hand gloves control using MPU6050. This research uses R & D (Research and Development) method with ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implement, Evaluate) according to Robert Maribe Branch. The subjects of this study were students of Mechatronics Engineering Education study program, Yogyakarta State of University. The object of this research is hand gloves control. The research instrument used questionnaire. The results of this research are: (1) hardware in the form of hand gloves control using MPU6050, (2) hardware hand glove scontrol can be operated properly with 4 output channels, calibration duration to get a balanced value for 6 seconds, data transmission accuracy is 89%, and operating radius in 150 meters, (3) the results of media experts 1 get an amount of 92% with category of "very decent" and media expert 2 amounted to 88% with the category of "very feasible" and the results of the assessment of media experts 1 gained a percentage score of 89% with the category of "very feasible" and material expert 2 by 76% with the category of "feasible", (3) whereas from the usage trial by students, this learning media gained an average percentage score of 84 % with the category of "feasible".
