PENGEMBANGAN TRAINER FLUID LEVEL MONITOR BERBASIS ANDROID UNTUK MATA PELAJARAN VEHICLE CONTROL SYSTEM (VCS) DI SMK KEAHLIAN TEKNIK OTOTRONIK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengembangkan Trainer Fluid Level Monitor berbasis Android yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan kompetensi dasar, (2) mengetahui unjuk kerja media pembelajaran, (3) mengetahui tingkat kelayakan media pembelajaran. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian research and development (R&D) dengan konsep ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate) dan The Linier Sequential Model. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Dosen Jurusan Pendidikan Teknik Elektro Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta, Guru dan Siswa kelas XII Program Keahlian Ototronik SMK Negeri 1 Seyegan. Instrumen berupa angket dengan skala likert 4. Validitas instrument menggunakan expert judgement. Realibilitas instrument menggunakan rumus alpha cronbach. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Penelitian ini memperoleh hasil sebagai berikut: (1) mengembangkan media pembelajaran Fluid Level Monitor berbasis Android yang berupa perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak, serta Jobsheet untuk meningkatkan semangat belajar peserta didik; (2) aplikasi android yang dikembangkan mampu menghubungkan android dengan modul Bluetooth HC-05 dan mampu menerima data sensor (sensor tegangan, sensor water level control, dan potensiometer) dari perangkat keras. Perangkat keras mampu menyalakan lampu indikator dan membunyikan buzzer sesuai kondisi data, serta mampu mengirimkan data sensor ke aplikasi; (3) Kelayakan media dari aspek ahli media mendapat presentase skor 85,33% dengan kategori “SANGAT LAYAK”, aspek ahli materi mendapat presentase skor 83,13% dengan kategori “LAYAK”, dan dari aspek pengguna mendapat presentase skor 80,2% dengan kategori “LAYAK”.

Abstract
The purpose of this research is to: (1) Develop Android based Fluid Level Monitor Trainer with basic competence requirement, (2) Determine the performance of instructional media, (3) Determine the feasibility of instructional media. This research is research and development which approached by ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate) and The Linier Sequence Model. The Subject of this research is lecture of Electrical Engineering Department of Yogyakarta State University, Teachers, and XII Grade Students of Ototronic Expertise Program of SMK Negeri 1 Seyegan. The research instrument is a questionnaire with 4 likert scale. Validity test for each instrument used Expert Judgment. Reliability test for each instrument used alpha Cronbach formula. Data analyze used descriptive analyze. The result of this research were: (1) Develop Android based Fluid Level Monitor Trainer with instructional media in the form of hardware, software, and jobsheet to improve the learners learning motivation; (2)Developed android application able to connect android with Bluetooth HC-05 module and to receive sensor data (voltage sensor, water level control sensor, and potentiometer) from hardware. Hardware could turn on the indicator light and the buzzer with data conditions, and this could send sensor data to application; (3) Feasibility media of the expert media aspect got an average score of 85,33% with very feasible category, for expert content aspect got an average score of 83,13% with feasible category, and for users aspect got an average score of 80,2% with feasible category.
