PENGARUH KEPUASAN KERJA DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION KARYAWAN HOTEL BINTANG 3 DI YOGYAKARTA

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Turnover Intention Karyawan Hotel Bintang 3 di Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif kausal dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sample dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan hotel bintang 3 di Yogyakarta sebanyak 214 karyawan dengan penentuan mengunakan convenience sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian pada taraf signifikansi 5% menemukan bahwa: (1) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention karyawan; (2) komitmen organisasi berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention karyawan; (3) kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention karyawan.
